Kershaw is making some pretty good knives.

well there ya go. So lets say every two or so years you loose a knife, even if it is on a fishing trip.
So I spend around $90 a year on knives. Probably the cheapest hobby that I have and now I have a quality knife.

Can't go wrong with spyderco or benchmade. I carry a camo benchmade Griptillian or one of many spyderco's on weekends. I carry a CRKT, SOG or one of my less expensive knives for work.

A man that doesn't carry a pocket knife might as well wear a dress.

All of these tacticool looking knifes make me
I prefer a timeless classic like the Case or Old Timer.

I have to send my Case back for them to repait the handle. It cracked and broke off a large piece

Sorry to hear about your lost knife.
If you want to stay in the price range of your Endura 4 ($60-$65) there are plenty of great choices:
Another Endura 4--lots of colors to choose from!
Spyderco Delica 4--smaller, but a great EDC blade.
Spyderco Manix 2 Lightweight ($70)-a lot of knife in a < 3oz. package.
Benchmade Mini-Griptilian
Benchmade Griptilian ($70)
Those are some of my favorites in the same price range as the Endura.

To each his own I guess. But I don't choose knives based on how "Tacticool" they look.
The truth is that those classics have some pretty big negatives. Among them are the handles and the fact that blade deployment sucks.

I agree about deployment but I love them just the same

Thumb hole >>> stud
By a large margin. I've had multiples of both
I've got the Spyderco Military combo, and couldn't be happier. Might be too big for your tiny hands though.

Traditionalist! Wait, don't you own Glocks?
I bought one of these for an old-timer who feels similar about knives as you.

I have a Gerber Paraframe mini for my everyday knife. I have my grandfathers Old Timer, but I don't carry it. I don't like carrying a big knife in my pocket.
