Bumping this as I reread my 1016 appraisal and my guy failed to list the well. I assume a well would’ve increased the ac value but have no idea how much. Cap gains is based on 2016 appraisal and it’s off. Any ideas on how much a well would’ve increased add to leveled row crop land and is there anyway to revise appraisal after 9 yrs?

New Lake….

At Columbia, just off the west side of the river. Dam is built and timber cleared. Need to put the control structure in.

Another Grift Lake by Francis Thompson, they’ll be dozens, dozens of tourists coming to Columbia.
