If you see a 15' bass boat out there with a floor covered in beer cans and a couple of dudes not catching shite, that's me.

I noticed it yesterday for the first time.

I didn't realize we had so many Dutchtown/Prairieville peeps in here. Y'all originals or moved in?

Yep. Wonder how long before it turns into a cesspool of music snobs.

Nothing great, we really lack in that area.

Griffin Grill is pretty good - hamburgers and stuff
John Michael's Good Eats is good and somewhat healthy
Tommy's Fish House and On the Half Shell has good seafood

Other than that, a bunch of chains;
Rotolos, Deangelos, South of Philly, Rocco's, Albasha, Las Palmas, etc.

Interested in fishing this weekend?

The biologist wants to go to the camp Saturday and do a browse survey. Your dad and uncle working? Don can't really walk through the woods with the guy and I don't know the land that good.

+100

The Harvest Market has some decent plate lunches and a damn good burger. There is also Leaders on Cornerview in Gonzales, which isn't too far from Geismar. Parking at mission Street sucks, but the food is good.

I am a transplant since 2006 and I stay in Dutchtown.
