Am I the only one that has problems with the blades locking up especially win it was to go through a little cover?

Happens to pretty much any spinnerbait I use when I go through grass

They are the kind I use. But I don't use the double hook that comes with them.

Caught a many a bass on them walking creeks growing up. All I carried on a lil zebco and a stringer from about 10- 14. Talk about good eating.

HH white double silver willow in early fall

HH yellow and black with double colorado in spring with clear or slghtly stained water

HH chartruese and blue single or double colorado in gree or heavy stained water

HH orange and brown with single colorado in muddy water.

all with the skirts reversed and with the double hook flipped over so points are on the top side. Make sure the skirt is high enough on the head that the hook can swing freely up and down.

I agree with boats though I like to step up to a larger humdinger later in the fall when the bass are keying on larger shad.

the white HH works great for crappie all year though.
