I think that is the same feed I use, I probably called it the wrong name. It has different sized pellets which seems to be the most important thing. I tried the catfish feed and it was to big for the baitfish.

Purchase some bait bags and Powerbait to hang around the pier. Use the Soybean only bait for attracting scale fish like bream, crappie, and bass to your pier. Use the cheese/soybean Powerbait to attract catfish to your pier.
I buy the 12" Powerbait and cut in half. Place 6" cut block in a bait bag. A case of 10 then yields 20 baited bags.
Note buy several bait bags, as turtles will eventually make holes in them trying to get at the bait.
