Seems about going rate
Club I was associated with in St.fran was that much plus $5 a day to stay at the camp plus your share of foodplots, super sack of corn, and to fill the natural gas bottle. That's for 7 people on 360 acres. Camp isn't much better than most crack houses and not real good deer numbers

after you break it down it's not bad 1,500 acres @ 64 per is 96k and if you put 17 members its about 5,700 per
The only problem is finding 16 other people willing to spend that kind of money on a lease

If it is near Woodville, dont forget the added cost of the local strip club. Make sure you keep some ones at the camp

For $5700 a year every stand better be well stocked with hookers,blow, and the best whiskey money can buy. That's on top of all the 180" bucks that line up on the green fields at every hour on the hour.
