Yes, completely random. I've made hundreds of purchases from dhgate, never bought anything from ali express.

Just go to batteryhookup. They continuously get all kinds of industrial grade cells. I’ve built three projects with them so far, LFP and LMC. Exceed expectations each time. They’re super busy though so don’t expect any communication unless you reach out.
