Don't ask me.

I can't even find a good lease worth a damn over here. That's why I gotta drive back to LA to hunt family land.

Record buck ranch. I went there last year and I'm going again in 2 weeks. The only down side is the long drive.

I want them in a 1/2 acre wilderness. My eyes are getting weak.

How much you looking to spend? And are you looking for a trophy or meat?

I've seen some adds La Sportsman that were pretty reasonable for a doe and a cull buck.

I have a lease in the Eden/Brady area. plenty of good deer out there. But if you want to pay for a guided hunt, go for the big names they should all be fun. There was one right next to my old lease callled the Rio Bonito ranch and they have some decent free range bucks in that neck of the woods. Here's one I shot when i was in highschool in that area.

I've hunted Del Rio back when you could cross the border at night and the stories don't give you the half of it. ZZ Top wrote Mexican Blackbird about it for a reason. Oh and there's more deer than you can throw a stick at.

I've hunted Junction and there's not as many deer but the quality was better plus there were exotics all over the place running wild.

And I've hunted feral exotics in the mountains around Marfa and saw mule deer that would blow your mind that wouldn't get out of the road because they didn't know what a car was. Bobcats too. That place was like wild kingdom comes to Colorado.

Texas has plenty of options and not many of them suck and most of them will be the best hunting you ever saw.
