I agree it’s deceptively cold outside today in south MS. My socks aren’t doing their job atm. Had to be in the upper to mid 40’s and damp. Wind clipping pretty good. Hoping to hear t-dude squeeze off in the tripod this afternoon

Nea, serious flooding means I can only hunt 2 of my stands without waders. 1 I'm not sure I can get to.
So box stand overlooking 160 acres of soybeans and rice that stared to regrow. Through a doe decoy out because the secondary rut is starting about now. Only expecting little bucks here but hope that the flooding moved some beddingbareas closer.

It does, but when you only get a week of gun it kind of sucks. Tough to get them in bow range on a .5 mile square

I heard zero shots today. I had a doe walk 10 yards from me at 6:10am. I was in my stand for 10 minutes drinking coffee. Couldn’t see shite. Just heard her walking. Spypoint confirmed!
