The Senko brand falls apart easily and you'll constantly lose spinners

This is the biggest issue I have with the Yamamoto brand. I would use them for tournament fishing to ensure I catch every fish when it counts, but I buy Bass Pro brand for at least half the cost. Same action just a more dense plastic. Have probably caught 10 fish with the same bait with BP brand and there is no way you could do that with Yamamoto.

I can't see me ever buying another. I probably have 4 different brands of "senkos" in my box right now. Really like Tiki Sticks and one other I can't recall.

Never used them, but since fishing season is gearing up and I have an addiction to buying baits I don't need, I guess I'll pick some up. Problem is I probably won't use them, so I won't be able to tell you how well they work.

this.

Cabelas is a Keitech dealer, so you should be able to find them at the Cabelas in BR.

UPS just dropped these off along with the rest of my TW order

I figured I would just spend $50 to get free shipping rather than $15 on the one package, my wife still does not compute

I wont be fishing until next weekend, but will report back. Hopefully the weather stays warm with it reaching 70 this coming Saturday.

I am interested in how that keitech bait works. Again, huge fan of the senko but like to switch it up from time to time. Keep me posted.

Where do I acquire spinner, and what sort of retrieve?

Humdinger started selling them in stores last year sometime, I definitely picked some up.

And you can reel it straight in over grass like a swimbait, or I like to let it sink, then give it about a 3 or 4 foot steady pull and kill it. That's usually when they'll hit it.

Cool thanks.

Was just at Acad, and Bass Assassin has two new swim bodies. One looks a lot like the Keitech. Swim tail is huge though.

Not on their site yet, and I did not take pic.

Zoom speed worms work REALLY well and it's almost the same as using a spinner. You don't get the flash, but they give off of tons of vibration. Has replaced a fluke and senko as my favorite bait to dead stick early in the year.

They can't resist eating it when you kill it at the end of a long pull.

Have some. Hell, I have so many options I sometimes stress it a bit.

I know how you feel

That's one reason I hate goin fishing by myself when I'm looking for fish. I don't want to spend too much time throwing the wrong thing. It's nice to have two options present at all times!

Bass Assassin Boss Shiner is a pretty close copy @ $5/pack on TW. They also have the "elite shiner" which is a Keitech Easy Shiner copy. Both listed in the "new swimbaits" section.

I would not say a lot. hell, one trip, Mung caught 5 and I caught a pickerel. I will say this, on a lake known for 12 to 13.5" fish, we do not catch any under 3lbs and we are catching fish at times when no one else is catching anything. Not used it when the bite was really good yet, as I've been sidetracked the last three years by the White Perch bug.
