I had a 18ft lakesport with a 90 yamaha 2 stroke that went 40 tops. Id be surprised if you can get it past 32-33.

I have been having hydroturf on my mudboat for 5 years now and it still repels water. It doesn't absorb any at all. My boat sits outside in the weather all day long.

What did you catch there?
Speed depends on how much weight is in the boat.
Have a Xpress 22' Bay w/ Yamaha 150 4 stroke.
Alone and no ice chest I can do 52 mph.
With 2 people and a full ice chest about 48 mph.
I love to fish bass in the lillypads like that
