Yeah a thermal would be pretty awesome.

Nope, this would be my first one. Looking at the Trash Panda, Thunder Chicken or Vox S

I just called and got some details. Hunt friday night and early saturday morning, saturday night and possibly early sunday morning. 20-30 yard shots in stands. $250 deposit per person and they can accommodate up to 20 people.

My brother called and spoke with them as well. The lady said they encourage AR's and crossbows which we wanted to bring. I'll be taking my AR with the dead air sandman S and my new Ravin R10 that I haven't killed anything with it yet. We are planning the first weekend in May of 2020. We already had too many other hunting and fishing trips planned this year to fit it in. My only concern with late summer would be the bugs at night in lower Bama will be a nightmare

It's not glamorous, but I lease 1800 acres just north of Houston that you can have at. Things are taking over one stand after another.

This is what makes this place awesome... If I have a reason to be in Houston or nearby, I'll let you know. I had recently been looking at options here in Georgia... some of the flooding has made a lot of the normal WMAs no goes. If anyone knows of good options here, lemme know (I know most of y'all baws are in LA or nearby though).

I just got a new (to me) bow that came with a hog light stabilizer, would happily come take some out. I live in Houston.

hunting in July sounds terrible even at night.. right now is the time to hunt hogs.. woods are still thin, not to hot, not to many skeeters or snakes out yet.
And everyone just stoped putting out corn.. they are easier to concentrate in one area

Agree as well. But between ms gt, little gt, work and other I don’t have a lot of free time early on. Pop a thermacel, cover up and hope for the best.

Snakes don’t bother me I have kept and sold tons. This did, however, make me suck wind at first sight

OP, there are so many hogs in Pearl River Management area. Wish more would hunt that place and try to put a tiny dent in the population.

We go with White Oak Outfitters over in Mt. Pleasant, TX. Group ended up shooting 7 hogs over the two day hunt.
