I'm looking to buy an HK P2000 soon. I want a 357SIG, but I may end up with either a 9 or a 40.

I sold all my shite to a guy I met in the woods hunting one day. He had no ID and was walking on foot so I couldnt get his tag number. I just so happened to have every gun I own on me at the time...

I wouldn't call it gay but it's still not something I'd want. Like I said before, it's less accurate than a 9mm with a little (but not much) better stopping power while it's more accurate than a .45 (but only a little) with less stopping power. It's like they combined the negatives of the 9mm with the .45 to make the .40 cal. No thank you.
And for those wondering, I carry a Ruger P89 with one 15 and one 10 round clip. Both are loaded with Federal Hyra-Shok 135 gr JHP's.
This give you the accuracy that the 9mm is known for while also giving very good stopping power from the Hydra-Shok.

A lot of people like the .40, including my brother. I can't stand it though. It it less accurate than then 9mm with not much more stopping power while it is more accurate than the .45 but with far less stopping power. To me it's just like the took the the downsides to the 9mm & .45 and combined them to make the .40.

When we are shooting there is no doubt I will be hit by a glock casing. Damn thing is a two fold weapon to the people standing behind and to the right.

That doesnt even make sense. It's not the down sides of the 9 and 45 combined, judging by what yall said, as caliber gets bigger, accuracy goes down while stopping power increases. Period. It's a tradeoff both ways.
The 40 has more stopping power than the 9mm and is more accurate than the 45.
When you say it that way, its combining the upsides of both rounds instead of the downsides. It's all in how you say it.
