What in the actual frick is this crap 
I ordered off amazon from streamlight and this is what I got. I called streamlight and I was told amazon is aware of this issue to call them, they have a program in place.

Sorry for the delay but I did a little comparison a while back to my TLR1 (I think it's a second gen) and a 700 lumen HL a while back. Here's a link:

I ordered an FDE HL model off Amazon not too long ago and it was the right one. Luckily Amazon is pretty good in customer service and will let you return the product until the issue is remedied.

Yea they are taking care of me. I’m good, it’s better than the 160 price tag I saw local. I tried...but 60$ is a lot.
It’s funny tho I opened the box...pulled out the clear plastic and saw the back of the light. I was like WTF where are the tabs to operate it...did they send me the wrong one?!? Then I pulled out the light and saw the shite on the side and was like oh hell naw
