Not a lease, but if you want to buy some land get in touch with Slade Priest. He specializes in hunting property in SWMS. You can google him.

I think the MC9 prime is going to be my next pistol purchase. I'm torn between that and the S&W carry comp.
Update. We just got back. Took a 2 hour trip from the contemporary around bay lake and seven seas lake. We caught 25 easily. Most around 2-3lbs. It was well worth it.

If you don't want any mounting hardware showing we've always used VHB tape and construction adhesive. You can use silicone if you want to remove it one day without damaging.

I have a Bergera BXR 22 carbon. It's a tack driver with a carbon threaded barrel, nice trigger, and adjustable length of pull. It is a little more expensive than the Ruger, but I think it's worth it.

Is wrapping it better than painting you think? Or more cost effective?

It is not better than painting. Wraps are generally for having graphics with advertising. They typically only last for 7-8 years if taken care of very well. On boats they will tear relatively quick bumping up against docks when tied up. I do wraps and would not recommend on a boat if you just want a solid color. You could get it painted cheaper and paint will last longer if done right.
7 is perfect for reds. I was bringing one of mine redfishing when he was 5. Now he's 7 and he goes snapper fishing with me. He loves fishing. He would sit on a pond and bass fish from daylight to dark if I would let him.
Toyo RT Trail have been really good. Pretty agressive for an AT but very quiet.

308 with a suppressor is the answer. My son started on a 308 at 6 and has now killed several deer with it. I don't let him shoot it unless he's shooting a deer. He doesn't even notice recoil when the adrenaline kicks in.

That's spot on. If I were to have only one rifle it would most likely be a Tikka. To be honest my tikka's action is smoother than both my CA rifles.

I guess I'm in the minority. I have two and both have been great.
I've seen some of the USPSA shooters using the Ace VR training system. I haven't personally used it, but it looks awesome on youtube. I think it's around 1K for the whole system though.

I started getting a few airsoft pistols to practice in the backyard. They make them now almost identical to any pistol out there, and with the gas blowback you get a little recoil. Be sure to read the descriptions though. Some of the knockoffs won't fit in the real gun's holster.
I had one remote for the garage when I moved in the house. It didn't work but right outside the door. I bought two off amazon and they work 100ft from the house.

Same with adding a suppressor to a hunting rifle that you might shoot a couple times per year.

If you've never shot a suppressed hunting rifle then you wouldn't understand. You will never go back to unsuppressed.

With the price of aluminum right now anything new is going to be pretty expensive. Even a bare bones boat. I would look into a nice used boat and put a new motor if need be.
It's certainly an awesome place down river. Bring some poles if you can fit them. Plenty of trout and redfish all in that area. It's nice to shoot ducks in the morning and catch fish in the afternoons. Another thing you may want to consider if you don't already have it is a sea tow membership. It's worth every penny down there.

I know you said you're not a fan, but I picked up a couple of the TLR1-HL knockoffs at harbor freight for $50.00 each. They are almost identical from what I can tell, and a fraction of the cost.

Same with us. It's crazy to see it growing in huge piles. We tried putting out some buck plus and they won't touch that either. Just got to wait until the acorns rot or the rut.

All that shite to tent camp for a duck

Some of my best duck hunts and camping experiences were down there, but older age, a lack of ducks, and abundance of hunters kinda killed it for me. It's just not worth 6 birds.
