3 of the guys at the office ordered after I passed on the good deal. All 3 RTIC's have arrived in perfect condition as of yesterday. Mine comes in today.
That sucks there was one cracked. I'm sure they will send another. Might even get it for free. I dont think they would want your cracked one back.
Also, I've noticed the adds popping up on facebook and a lot of other places. They must have a lot of these things to get rid of. Perfectly fine with me

That doesn't look like a crack. More like it was deliberately cut

in the email i mentioned that it appears as if something went wrong with their tooling. There are shavings around the area. Guess they don't do quality control before sending out these. Get what you pay for i guess.

Looks like they may have accidentally cut it when they cut the drain hole.
ETA: even the drain hole cut is rough looking. I could have done a better job

Guys that have bought these, holding ice abilities aside, how is the build quality? This goes out to guys that esp owned another high end cooler. How's it compare? I've read things and seen YouTube videos with small complaints about things. Just wonder if they're rare or reoccurring.
