Buy it back from Copart or the other insurance website
If the engine has not been attempted to be started pull the plugs crank it up plugs back in fire it up get it hot change the fluids repeat every 10 hrs it will be fine

we sank a 50 hp mariner in high school. we didn't want to get in trouble so we never told anyone. all we did was pull the plugs and crank it until we did not see water coming out anymore. we never took it apart or oiled the cylinders. that motor ran for many years after that. we only got rid of it because when it did break (starter, water pump,etc) the parts were getting expensive and hard to find.
