Well I put "Budget" since the $2k thread was already made and I really don't want to spend $1k on one, but didn't want to get ridiculed as I know there is a big gap between a $150 scope and a $700 scope. Plus I wanted to get some input on some models and brands that weren't over $1k in case I found a deal.

Beaux where are you finding your used optics? I am looking around for Swaro Z5/Z6, S&B, etc..

I want to find a deal on a higherlevel scope eventually but I ended up with the leupold vs3 hd 3.5x10 (50). I haven't messed with it much yet but it looks alot better than my little Bushnell I've used for years on another rifle. We'll see.
