Maybe this guy is a friend of spinson (whatever his name is) and will truly look into this for you.
You seem like a pretty level headed guy. I'm actually impressed that you are waiting for more info. I would have driven up there already and thrown names around. Well, or I would have my state police friends looking into it.
It sounds like this guy screwed up before. Why did he lose his job from W&F? It might give you more confidence to deal with this if he is on thin ice. However, you might also flip him if you let him know you won't rat him out. AS LONG AS HE stays off your lease!!!!!
One other thought. Who owns the leased land? IS there any connection there?

I spoke to our land owner and showed him the pictures. he said he didn't know who this guys was. Then again I don't know the land owner well at all. This is my first year up hear and I've only met him a few times. I don't have any reason not to believe him but for all I know they may be best friends.

They claimed they could not tell what kind of ducks were taken, and were just following procedure. There were over 15 bags of frozen breasts, either Mallards or Gadwalls. I had a couple of Geese, several bags of fish fillets, and even a wild turkey, all properly labeled and marked.
4 and 1/2 hours later, it cost $350 to get my dog released, but I was never able to get the $150 ice chests and game back. I had to get a retired MDWLF Commissioner who was part owner of the Camp I hunted out of to get the charges dropped. I have NEVER hunted Ms. ever again. The only reason he stopped me was my Louisiana plates. I was fully documented, but he was just being a 1st class prick. I have NEVER had that kind of trouble in Louisiana.

The O-T Lounge wishes they had a thread this good. Diesel, I didn't bother talking to my LA wildlife friend since I figured u had things under control after u got some help from the board. Didn't want u to think I didn't want to help. Good luck on the rest of ur finals.
