Looks like he had his elevation correct, just didn't adjust for wind.

Unbelievable.

How the hell could any law enforcement officer see a person using a rangefinder at a presidential rally and not immediately ring the alarm bell?

The amount of frickups is really pointing to an actual conspiracy.
