Just adding to this, as I may be on the search for a new vet as well .

I've used Sherwood South for over 30 years. I think their capabilities as a clinic are probably the best in the area. However, it seems their best vets become specialists, and they are pretty expensive. I don't live within 30min of them any longer, so I'm looking for something closer to Denham/Zachary/Watson/central. It will be hard for me to leave SS, but it may be time.

Perkins Road Veterinary Hospital. Drs. Ritchie and Maciasz treated my lab amazingly from birth until her passing. Dr. Ritchie is also board certified in K9 dental. He used to be the only one in the state (may still be only one). Solid people there.

Double upvote for White Oak Animal Clinic on ONeal Lane.

Dr. Rebecca Breeden is very good and definitely not into pushing stuff on you.

But they are all expensive.
