In my opinion, the guide did this on purpose with a IDGAF attitude because he thought he could get away with it.. he didn't know tigerdad (sp?), has never seen him before, and will probably never see him again, so he fogured WTF, I may as well try to get over on him..
Then shite hit the fans and he was outed.. some major crawfishing went down and he did whatever he had to do to have some sort of damage control.. he may have made it right in the end but it doesn't change the fact that he was a total piece of shite for even being in the position he was in
TLDR - he did it because he thought he could get away with it... a 'faceless' crime so to speak
