Mine are a couple of years old and are starting to come apart on the front. Getting time for some new ones. I've always been a Wolverine guy, but i'm going for something new this time. Have to be steel toe and lace up per plant policy. What does the hard working men of the OT think?

Redwings. Mine are 15 years old now. Still got lots of wear left in em.

15 years? Must not do much work
I'm thinking either Redwing or Georgia. Gotta try some one first though. I'm just browsing online and going by looks right now.

I have a great pair of wellingtons that I really like, but they want lace up only out here for some reason. And it doesn't look like I'm getting out of this plant anytime soon.

Try out the Doc Martens. They are very comfortable and have the lace ups.

back when i was on the oilfield side of the company, i had some wolverines that laced up. didn't seem to last long, though. i guess it's not surprising when you're on your feet for 10+ hours a day.

I've got a set of tony lamas that have been great. They're about wore out now though.

Just got a fresh pair of Georgia boots. Still breaking them in.

Ariat at the moment.
Whatever u decide to do, dont buy georgia mud dogs.... The most comfortable they will ever be, is when u try them on n the store

Glad we don't have that policy. I wear steel toe shoes. Hy-test or wolverine. Whatever comes on the shoemobile
