3. Security footage reveals individuals (wearing gloves and often with face obscured), not only making single ballot drops, but also fanning out multiple ballot envelopes and taking cell phone photos of ballots before being dropped into boxes
4. Cell phone returns to NGO

I asked you what your explanation of that specific order of operations was.
Why would those things happen in that order (as revealed by corroborating cell phone data and CCTV footage that was made available via FOIA), ESPECIALLY if it wasn't fraud, per your fervent regurgitation?

You are unable to establish the validity of the votes because once the ballot is removed from its outer envelope which is required by law to be signed by the registered voter, it could have been completed by anyone. Registered voter, illegal alien, NGO worker filling out myriad ballots harvested by "get out the vote" workers, printed by machine (as attested by sworn affidavits filed by Fulton Co. poll workers).
Further complicating the matter, Gap-Toothed Mammy Stacey Abrams fought to get an illegal consent decree enacted by SecState Raffensperger to waive the signature matching requirement established in Georgia election law.

Why would Quintavious go to the Stacey Abrams-associated "voting rights" office, THEN the dropboxes, fan out multiple ballots and photo doing so, THEN back to the Abrams NGO?
What does any of that have to do with no-doubt an Eagle Scout Quintavious collecting ballots from nursing homes? (Which is against Georgia election law, bee tee dubs).
Oh, and why is he doing it at 11pm?

Are you under the impression that people don't bundle ballots? The fact that you don't like it doesn't mean that they weren't legally-cast votes. There were multiple investigations led by Republicans into your idiotic claims, and all of them concluded that you're a moron and there was no fraud.

I find it positively fascinating the level of optimism exhibited by progressives with respect to voting when the outcome either favors them or it enables myriad pathways to fraud. Absolutely everything is on the up and up when they're happy with the way things turn out.
It's the guy in the middle of the riot with the can of soup "so I can feed my family *wink*", (not to be thrown through the window of a local business), all over again.
On the flip side of this, any election integrity measures that are designed to make it harder to cheat are always, and I stress always the result of some sort of nefarious intent - usually claimed to be efforts to keep non-white people from voting
