The organization yes. The general American does not know what the BLM organization stands for but will say they support black lives matter because they say they oppose police brutality (who doesn't). They don't know the difference. That is the importance of breaking the two apart and equating the phrase black lives matter with the marxist organization. That is what Guiliani was doing and is my point.
