Rodney King.

Absolutely.
Per the OP's question, the factor "most" responsible is King. It made certain the trial was in LA and provided a jury pool that loved OJ and hated "the man". It made the defense's strategy simple and effective and insured the prosecution's job was an uphill struggle and insured that any ineptness on their part would be fatal to their case.

You are correct sir....the jury pool is selected by a geographic makeup of the population of that county. Had this been held at the proper venue. This would’ve been guilty and not even close. Unfortunately rich jews in Brentwood/Santa Monica had no desire for the black man to be coming to their neighborhood to Voice their concern for injustice ie...rioting so they put the burden on Los Angeles. As much as I hate to say it the Goldmans have their Jewish brother in the think for this injustice.

As the lovely African-American lady that was on the jury made it clear OJ could’ve walked in the courthouse with the gloves on and a knife in his hands and they would not have convicted him. This was payback.

Wasn't one of the minority lawyers preaching "jury nullification"?

What do you think was most responsible for the verdict?

Racism and Bigotry. A few of the jurors have all but admitted they were not going to convict under any circumstances.

OJ had no defensive wounds

He had a cut on his finger that bled at the scene and left blood evidence.
