Fairness?

Are we really talking about the folks who cut the line and broke the law while millions of others follow the rules trying to immigrate here?

Your level of hypocrisy here is un-believe. Shame on you dude

I'll say again, people still don't get the point of OP's post. The ACLU wrote this during Obama's administration.

Where were the riots back then?

The United States has a proud tradition of individualized due process. No matter who you are, everyone deserves their day in court.

As far as issues today, just like under Obama immigration has its own court system. Due process for the civil action of deportation isn’t that much. Dem judges including a Clinton appointee yesterday who dated his decision to release the illegal father and the 5 years as February 31, 2026 keep over stepping their limits to interject their politics. Trump keeps following these outlandish activist judicial decisions, but he is the one getting labeled as instigating a war on the constitution not the judges or Minnesota.

Besides many of the illegals arrested have had their day, didn’t show up because they knew their amnesty claim was fraudulent, got final deportation orders, but when arrested they play victim and act like they didn’t have due process with the Dems and the media playing along.

In many cases, the arrest and deportation is the last actual step of due process, yet the mobs are demanding MOAR.
