Individual Rights - C+ He has made progress in regards to gay marriage and pot legalization. We have regressed in our private property rights and right to privacy.
Executive Management - F. Numerous scandals and lack of transparency has led to a rapid decrease in American's faith in our leaders, Government, and it's agencies.
Commander in Chief - C. Drone programs are an effective tool in eliminating terrorists. Killed Bin Laden. He has acted cynical towards the troops at times, and I think he has a bad habit of saying too much on tv about our military moves and objectives.
Foreign Policy - F. His Diplomacy is an absolute failure, Benghazi, Putin, ISIS, etc etc. 2 terrible Secretary of State nominations.
Domestic and Economic Policy - F. Bailouts, QE have left us in massive debt that is a ticking time bomb. Expanded entitlement and corporate welfare. Passed overreaching regulations that stifle growth. The economy has not improved much and the "kick the can down the road' policies will have long term effects on our country. Obamacare is a disaster.
Leadership - F. The man divides people rather than brings them together. He has complete discontent for anyone with opposing views, and refuses to compromise with his political opponents on anything. He is out of touch with reality. He has been terrible for race relations in this country.

Funny how none of the Obama apologists have seen fit to give him a good report. Only a couple of inane comments (and the predictable gif from communicatory challenged asurob) basically questioning why anyone would bother to introduce a topic about the President of the United States on a politics board.

Out of Iraq
We aren't out of Afghanistan yet and Gitmo is still open, but he also handled the one thing that wasn't a factor when he was nominated: The Great Recession.
And he is hesitant as all hell in getting us involved in another war. We might have to go in to finish off ISIS eventually, but at least one country in the ME will have to beg for it.. or ISIS will just push things a bit too far like they did.
