Probably so many of those teachers are so very ignorant themselves that they could not teach even if they wanted to.
Schools are now Leftist Indoctrination Centers. The need for traditional teaching is no longer there. The kids wouldn't pay attention anyway because they spend all of their time looking at their phones.
