People are not programmed with dysfunctionality from birth. They are born with normal programming. It’s bad parents and other outside dysfuntional humans that cause them to break and become twisted over time.

an advanced society with more intelligent people would not need laws and regulations to behave. They would lean more toward anarchy than statism.
