Don't MOST states decline to count provisional ballots and the like, when the total number of such ballots is smaller than the margin of victory?

More often than not, even the person POSTING the link did not bother to read the article ... beyond some inflammatory headline.

Read the full article people. It says that these "uncounted " ballots were actually provisional ballots that were rejected for a variety of reasons, like lack of signature, unidentifiable addresses, etc.

democrats cheated. I know it, you know and the whole country knows it. it's what they do best. they stole the Presidential election and got away with it. they won't stop until they are stopped by people who are sick and tired of it. and that won't be too far away!
