Depends on what you want out of it as well. I picked the heavy equipment, tractors etc to manage my hunting land and properties. I have operators and people to haul the shite around for me. Tax write offs while benefitting. Makes sure money, but doesn't have to. Amazing how much work there is just for bushhogging, digging holes for septic tanks, bulldozing deer camp roads, food plots etc. I don't do most of it, but I've got some that pay just to see their doctor on equipment or doing manual labor.
ETA-have a friend with a rental and construction business. He keeps my stuff working and maintained. Was able to write off my Argo. Another used it to get to some oil wells during some flooding and another used it to tote clients in a and out on duck hunts.

Fine with me if the Trump haters and Panicans want to keep throwing their money at me. Hell, I'm doubling my net worth every 3 years or so thanks to these tards. Last year was phenomenal. Kinda disappointed in this years crash. Was hoping to double up again. May only end this year up like 30%. That is kinda devastating.

I do some dirt work and "property management". Get my tractor and implements written off, chainsaws, tools, shop, gas, excavator, dozer, dump truck. Now I actually have them making some many with a friend of mine.

We had done occupational med at our office for decades and had all the major industry in our area. As the defense contractors grew and starting paying better in our area, I've added them. Mine spread by word of mouth. I take care of things, keep recordables low, keep employees happy and taken care of and we offer full services in house. We have digital Xray, in house lab, EKG, PFT's, fit testing etc. Our medical practice supported it and we grew the industrial/occupational side off of it.

I know quite a few couples like that and don't understand it. I know a few like that because their moms were money grubbing whores that destroyed their dads and even step-dad's lives and refuse to continue the cycle. Sometimes, like in my situation, the wife would rather work and pay someone to do shite she don't want to. We never separated our money except for little stuff and cash we could use to get each other gifts or other surprises without the other seeing the receipts. Nothing much though.

This was mine. She tried it, didn't last a month. She made enough and more while she was working to have a live in nanny, but still had time to spend with my girls. Sold her business and retired at 50. Still generates $10k+/month after taxes so it worked out well. Also has a $multimillion 401K that continues to grow.
Worked out well for us, but I have lots of friends whose wives have never worked and don't do shite around the house, AND use the pussy for ransom. F#$k that. My wife will take care of me whenever I want if reasonable.
She also likes to hunt and fish. So I can buy toys for her that are actually for me...with her money!!!
Can't cook for shite, but I knew that going in. Her mom will cook for me though. Gained a few pounds due to some health issues and meds, but working on that now. No complaints except she can't back up a trailer for shite.
