Absolutely, but he still shouldn’t have been killed. Dylan Roof and James Holmes were much bigger threats to society and they are still alive.

Eh, grabbing the cop’s gun instead
of taser or moving toward them pointing the taser would have made it even a clearer case.
Although, based on what I think I see in the video, this should be justified.
I’m pretty white, but if I point a taser at a cop while engaged in a fight, I’m getting shot.
