Biden heard they were serving pudding and Jill wanted to bask in the limelight one last time, before her and Joe were never heard from again until Joe fades into the sunset like Jimmy Carter, not sure if Joe will make it to 100 like Jimmy.

Negatory there ghost rider! Not every outgoing President has attended their successor’s inauguration. John Adams did not attend Jefferson’s inauguration due to a souring relationship he had with Jefferson, his VP. As VP, Jefferson took positions contrary to the Administration that some say could have been treasonous.
