Makes my blood boil. Poor training, no situational awareness, and all appear mostly over weight.

Innocent kids getting massacred while police wait for further instruction. Imagine what the crime scene looked like.

They had a clear shot before he ever went in the school. How can you need permission to shoot someone running into a school with a rifle? How can you not know if you should shoot him or not?
I'd have gone weapons Red and Free and dealt with any consequences later. Not a chance in hell I am letting that dude in the school and once in not a chance I let him keep shooting.. if that would be my last day on this earth so be it. I'm going down swinging.

I don’t want to watch the video. It will only make me more sick to my stomach.

Yeah, but they all look pretty cool kitted out. If they were half as capable as they look standing in the halls, this is over before the shooter hits the exterior door.

Buddy of mine was a firearms instructor for the state police and would call me when they had training because he knew i liked to pick up the brass. I happened to meet him a few times before they were done:
1. most could not hit a fricking side of a barn
2. most were fat as frick

Only a locked classroom door stood between Pete Arredondo and a chance to bring down the gunman. It was sturdily built with a steel jamb, impossible to kick in.
quote:

“The only thing that was important to me at this time was to save as many teachers and children as possible,” Arredondo said.
quote:

“Each time I tried a key I was just praying,” Arredondo said. Finally, 77 minutes after the massacre began, officers were able to unlock the door and fatally shoot the gunman.
quote:

“Not a single responding officer ever hesitated, even for a moment, to put themselves at risk to save the children,”

The opportunity to take out the shooter before he went to the classroom will really piss you off then.

No they wouldn’t have. That’s one of the stupidest things I’ve heard yet.

Are master keys not a thing anymore. I may know "someone" who had one to all the schools in Ascension Parish at one time.

Shows you people can’t think on their on anymore. Have to wait to be told what to do. No one takes action anymore.

This is why I shake my head whenever there is a frickup and the first response is to say "We need more training!"

No, we don't. You don't need training to know you need to do something besides stand there holding your dick.

So most of the kids were dead before the cops arrived inside the school?

Note these fat fricks had their armored vehicle out to raid a bar that had the temerity to be open during the kung flu.

The gunman was seen by security cameras entering room 111, then leaving the room, then re-entering the room before officers arrived. The report determined that the lock on room 111 “was never engaged” because the lock required a key to be inserted from the hallway side of the door.
Uvalde school district police Chief Pete Arredondo previously told The Texas Tribune that he had checked the door on room 111, but it was locked.

If any of these sniveling cowards had a shred of dignity, they’d have gone home immediately and shot themselves in the head. They stood by and let those children get slaughtered. And that’s not even the worst part of it. They went so far as to block others who were willing to put a stop to it. These walking pieces of dog shite helped this animal by giving him cover from those who sought to end his madness.
