Better yet, call their customer service and tell them you want to return them because of their new position on the Flag. We can tie up their phone lines and generally those calls are recorded so they have to be nice.
Did it earlier and had the poor fool on the line so worked up she was about to lose it. She said but you bought them 6 months ago. I said I realize that and would not have had I know your company was going to disrespect the flag by using this individual in ad's. So, you can have your shoes and I will go to a company that is not being political. She is then but you have worn them and I simply said yea and what are you going to do for me because I am complete dissatisfied with Nike. It went on and on. I then got passed to a supervisor then a manager with the same argument.
I finally said I understand they are worn so why don't you pay me back the actual cash value of them today. (That is the replacement cost today less depreciation. I work in insurance claims) She took my information and said she would get back to me. To be honest, I am on vacation this week and had time as I was putting a minder saw table together. My main goal was to just take up their time. LMAO

Gonna drop mine off at Foundry Thrift Market tomorrow, and never buy again. My old shoes can give some derelict shoes this winter. Let him wear the swoosh. Some poor Chinese child worked his/her arse off to make them anyway.

I will say this, I have been buying nikes for a long time and for me atleast, they get shittier and shittier as far as durability goes, so this Kap shite was enough to lose them a customer. Plus, there is so many other choices out now days.
Some hoku shoe I was looking at the other day looked great and I heard it’s like beds for your feet. Might buy a pair of those once these nikes get useless.

They were yours to do with as you wish. However, not ever buying another pair would have seemed the smarter option if you want your protest to be effective. Personally, I would have donated them to people in need. Congrats I guess.
