Can we run over protestors blocking the road now?

I want some users defending the girl shot by ICE to answer this.
Can I drive through a bunch of protestors standing in the road? Are they obligated to get out of the way to avoid being hit by my vehicle? If I drive through them my vehicle shouldn't be considered a deadly weapon, should it?

Every state needs to pass a law to say the protector is solely at fault if they get hit or run over while blocking a roadway. Drivers should be 100% immune from civil or criminal liability. That would stop that shite real quick,

Full cattle guard including a 12k winch on mine, I sorta figure when that diesel starts rolling coal they are not that dumb to stay there, but I've been surprised before
