One still shot, oooooooo. In the video he had his knee in his scapula and Floyd was raising and turning his head and TALKING. Physically impossible to talk if you can not breathe .

They showed the same time during the trial via Chaivins body camera. It was on his back. The angle makes it look that way though.

Correct. The max charge in this situation should be neglect. He didn’t kill George Floyd but he also didnt help when a medical emergency arose.
