It's so strange that republicans sincerely believe that man-made climate change (and the role of CO2) is a hoax when even 30 years ago big oil companies were internally recognizing it as fact
Or the fact that water vapor has 3-5x the effect on global temps as CO2, and that there is anywhere from 5000 ppm to 30,000 ppm of it in the atmosphere at any given moment.
You would think even a 13 year old brainwashed and purposely misinformed girl being used like a puppet by insane partisan adults could piece together the simple logic of how incredibly insignificant CO2 must be compared to water vapor, and question why global temps went up, down, and across the spectrum when CO2 levels were over 20x what they are now.
That is if she were properly educated and not made ignorant on purpose.

Agree with all of this and participate.
I am more worried about the solutions than current conditions.
Where is the lithium going to end up?
What is the impact of the massive amount of land needed for solar?
What effect do wind turbines have on wind currents?
A paper straw thats less recyclable than plastic.
Who knows what will happen when the "experts" start trying to artificially manipulate CO2 levels. Scary
How about investe in equipment that seperates materials better. Make it easy. Right now I have to look at a triangle and number to figure it out.
Throw a 100 billion at equipment to gather plastics from ocean.
Too many people at the top just want the power and to line their pockets.

Funny how "animal rights" folks are quiet on effects wind turbines have on birds. Even letting the govt give them a an ok if it's a protected one like a half eagle. Hypocrisy, and the govt favoring one group over another.

Exactly....just don't understand why we haven't gotten further along in recycling technology, if so many "really care."

Wind turbines have minimal/no effect on bird populations. And wind energy companies have to get the same take permits that a fossil fuel company would

When I hear that some people still think climate change is a hoax, I have to remind myself that some people still actually believe the earth is flat and the UN is covering it up.
Disregarding the science, which is conclusive, who do you think has more of an interest in lying? Big oil (billions of dollars on the line) or "the liberals" (scientists who follow the scientific method)?

Why are Republicans so against not being trashy
They aren’t. Republicans are among the staunchest conservationists in the world. No one is resisting recycling, reforestation, or renewable energy. I wish this is what Democrats were proposing. Instead, we get GND, Cap and Trade, and boondoggles like Soyndra.

Give me a source. Everything that I have researched has holes in data that most average people can see if they that the time to look. For example model code that states the bottom 10% temps is removed for anomalies but leave the top 10% temps in model.

The money thats being floated, I believe "the liberals" have far more reason to lie. Theres far more money and power on the line for climate change pushers.

Responsible renewable energy.
That means that each technology must be considered with reason, not with emotion. There are serious downsides to each energy technology.

Good thing we took steps to avoid many of them our air and water quality have improved dramatically over the last 50 years
Nobody is against anti-pollution measures, dipshit.
We're against Collectivists and Globalists wanting to steal our wealth, fundamentally change our economy and political structure, and exponentially take control of our way of life using "Carbon" as the excuse for a continuously naturally changing climate which humans have absurdly insignificant impact on.
The US emits less "ACC contributors" than most other countries by a factor of 10x+, and yet the pro-ACC global community always want the most money, change, and apologies from us.
Not to mention, the Left uses dishonesty as it's crown jewel of manipulation and control, and this topic is virtually it's religion. There is no fricking way it's legit for that most simplest of truths.

You say this with absolutely no support. It also defies logic. Obviously there is more money in the oil industry. "According to market research by IBISWorld, a leading business intelligence firm, the total revenues for the oil and gas drilling sector came to $2 trillion in 2017." LINK. That's just drilling and from a quick google search. The clean energy sector has a financial interest, but wouldn't it be easier to just keep investing in big oil instead of coming up with some conspiracy to create a new industry?
