Jim, here's Clinton's letter. He makes an argument for selective enforcement. 7 of the 8 other people who were issued subpoenas didn't testify. No action was taken against them.

He also asserts that President Trump spelled out why ex-Presidents couldn't be compelled to give Congressional testimony when Trump was issued a subpoena three years. He didn't explain further.

UPDATE: The bogus J6 Committee dropped the subpoena which then-ex-President Trump had ignored:

This would be testimony about events that happened AFTER Clinton was President. Presidents don’t have blanket immunity.

Agreed. I just published the letter. Clinton doesn't assert immunity in it.
