If Democrats hadn't made the SCOTUS a weaponization form to govern against the US Constitution, it would be much easier to let dead weight get put out to pasture.
For objectives that people care about closely, those can be handled at the local and State level. We will never see a Federal Abortion Law and never should have argued Roe vs. Wade for this many years. The SCOTUS correctly applied this one decision.
