Your assurances aside, I can think of many things that would make Russians happier.

The truth doesn't require your evaluation. I'm a stockholder and heard every word he said in regards to Putin. The question posed to him claimed that Putin was involved with extortion, murder, and other human rights violations and how did this fit with the corporation's code of conduct.

I'm a stockholder, too. Big deal. So, I'll just file what you claim Tillerson said in the "Let's Pretend" file.

He wanted to deal with Trump, not Clinton. That was the whole point. It's like Bama fans encouraging LSU to hire Orgeron.

.....Which makes you and all Trumpkins the ultimate cucks. He played you like a violin. You might want to call home. Putin is probably fricking your wife as we speak.

Had you attended the meeting you'd have heard what he said same as I did. You are basically saying I made this up. Let's file this in the "Turn a Blind Eye" file. The truth is that Good ole Boy Scout Leader Rex Tillerson is friends with and like Vlad. It isn't really un-American since over the decades Americans have done business with and befriended a lot of dictators and tyrants. Henry Ford thought Hiter was a good ole chap. When it comes to business on the scale of XOM & Russia, high moral conduct is typically soluable.

Tillerson's predecessor, Lee Raymond, didn't trust the Russians & wouldn't do business with them.

I'd prefer to deal with Trump, too, rather than the habitual liar Hillary.

Progressives are quick to believe all the allegations that Putin has lied cheated and killed for power but think that the same allegations about the Clintons are nonsense

A bunch of those frickers love him...one Ruskie I've shot vodka with said "frick him, but he's better than the rest of the heads of state."

That was a decade ago when I worked START1...

I think the world has proven that guy right.

Jordan is allowed to hang out and be cool.

Iran hates Saudi, but they're crazy to do so...
I think Iran would nuke Saudi before Israel to be honest.

This guy has had an iron grip on power there for 15 years now. It's gotten kind of creepy at this point.

I'll say this about Putin: The guys is authoritarian and I disagree with almost all of his domestic policy, I don't want America aligned with his foreign policy, and if he were a president of the USA i would be pretty fricking worried about our future.

On the bright side, he is one of the better leaders Russia has seen since the communist revolution a century ago. His foreign interventions, and the death and mayhem that result from them, are a pittance when compared to the crimes of our presidents on foreign soil. It's hard to fault him without feeling at least a little hypocritical when one compares the US led war on terror, patriot act, NSA spying the and war on drugs to Putins own version of authoritarianism.

At this point the United States is rapidly approaching a socialist system with tiny facets of capitalism sprinkled in for appearances. Russia is trending the other way, even if it's at a crawl. What else is there to really say about it? Both these governments suck.

And you can add Viet Nam to that list. Over 3 million vietnamese died and for what purpose? The Communist scare of the 50's & 60's is comparable to the Muslim scare of the present day. We are a country in perpetual war. Politicians talk about building up our armed forces when they already exceed that of any country.

Oh yes, absolutely. That scumbag Kissinger is lauded as a hero, while the near bloodless events in Ukraine had the USG ready to get spun up for a conflict. How the US can talk shite about Putin with a straight face after instigating anti russian groups in Georgia and Ukraine baffles my fricking mind. Unreal.

Of course anyone who points this out is labeled a Putin disciple which is beyond ridiculous.
