Daylight strikes - zero US or Israeli birds splashed by Iranian air defense!

Daylight strikes - zero US or Israeli birds splashed by Iranian air defense!
Given the fact that since the end of the war in Vietnam all but ONE(a USN F/A18 from VFA 81 downed by a mig 25 foxbat the first night of the gulf war) us combat aircraft lost on missions have been downed by sams or AAA fire. The fact that we are striking Iran at will during daylight speaks volumes of our modern day electronic warfare and steatlh technology over Russia and China(and very likely France and India as well).
The clear advantage in capability, technology, tactics and personell is ours right now the time is certainly right.

Daytime strikes have two tactical advantages if you control the skies (We do!).
1. Catch them all in one place rather than at home
2. Daytime video of damage makes it harder for them to deny the arse kicking.

Iran really projects very little force on their own. The old joke used to be that the new Iranian Navy has glass-bottomed boats. Why? So they can see what happened to the old Iranian Navy.

Complain as we might about DoD spending, Iran got a much worse ROI than we did.

You have to assume Iran is / had made a big effort with air defense. If there are no US planes coming down, that is going to send messages around the world about the ability to carry out strikes, SEAD, EW, and more.

I’m pretty sure this was carried out more by drones and missles than any manned US aircraft.
I’m not saying there were NO manned aircraft at all, but that’s just how aerial warfare is done these days. Minimizes the risk of US casualties.

The entire air defense missile and radar system was eliminated before the nuclear bombings months ago. Iran was in the process of trying to rebuild before this attack happened. The entire mission was planned and directed by using AWAKS out of range of any defense Iran had in place.another night of total Air superiority displayed once again.
