Congress isn't there to rubber stamp every musing of a clown, anyway. They're not going to go out of their way to further the agenda of a guy who's favorability is in the tank, and stunts like this won't help.

Look I didn't bring up Congress in this thread. I'm not the one who said Congress will sit on his hands just to spite a guy
I simply observe the implications of that assertion in my observation is 100% dead on. Congress doesn't need Trump for them to pass legislation that they like.
