I don't love everything Trump has done but compare him to the other option and he looks like superman. It's sadly that simple.

Unfortunately, there are some on here too ignorant to understand this.

The majority of Americans do not support trump and do not think he has been successful.

Misspelled minority. The majority doesn’t give a frick.

Why yes I am. But not just Newsweek. You should have noticed that the following additional sources also were cited:

AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research
RMG Research
Morning Consult
Napolitan News Service
The Arizona Republic
Real Clear Politics
Gallop
Reuters/Ipsos
New York Times
Associated Press/NORC
The Economist
Rasmussen Reports
American Research Group

So if you disagree with their conclusions, then please cite polls showing that a majority of Americans support trump and think he is being successful now.

Oh nooooo, another human made something I perceive as a mistake, but we are still on-track!

No shite. Trump is flawed as was every president before him.

All you have to do is consider where we would be with Kamala.

/thread.

I said I believed that the US would go into a hot civil war if she was elected, leading up to November.

I still believe it would have happened. We're still on the precipice too, because 80% of people (including many here) still can't see that they're being played by both "sides".

Operation Mockingbird has been the most overachieving success in the see eye A's raunchy and storied history.

We're definitely in the "lesser of two evils" scenario with Trump, absolutely. But we'd have been better off if D.C. got nuked while Congress was in session and we just had to start over from scratch.

Considering the obstacles qt every turn and the federal judge implants from all previous admins, I’d say he’s got an A+

They came in with a game-plan and have been executing and for the 1st time we have some Offense.

He gives us a chance to get some common sense back in the world.

You can’t imagine where we would be without him, it would be over for us if he loses either of 2016 or 2024, and losing 2020 wound up being a blessing.

All in all, you have to give the man some props if you love freedom and our country. He’s the last man standing.

I think it’s a failure because I don’t get off to people losing their snap benefits or families getting deported.

I want to believe, but so far it’s been Kamala with a secure border. Which is an unadulterated win, but I’ve seen nothing else tangible. The deportations have been lacking. We’ve removed maybe 10% of the people that came in under Biden. So the illegal immigration problem is basically what it was in May of 2024. He wants to let in 600K Chinese students. Thinks Americans are lazy. Even more money to Israel and Ukraine.

And I work in oil and gas so $59 WTI doesn’t do me any good. Fine for the rest of the country, but it’s the only lever on inflation he’s pulled and it’s farting in the wind. Spending is still out of control.

Generally, not happy. He has one year to get anything else done, and it seems to be directionless.

When a fresh new lot of H1Bs and OPTs get approved? Or is that when a new crop of Chinese student visas get approved?

You are going to lose the midterms over h1b and affordability. All things he could have fixed easily.

Trumps 2.0 has been one step, then a back step. But is main objective is achieved, he's increased his and his family's wealth 3 fold.
