Peak occurred when jfk was killed. he was going to shutdown the Vietnam War. I remember when I was in high school in late 60s, my family didn't have a lot of money. My dad was about to get a nice raise at work. Because of Vietnam War, we had inflation. Nixon enacted wage and price controls costing dad his raise. LBJ cranked up the printing presses and nothing has been right since.

Fair enough. You've some years on me, since i was born in the late 70s, so I can only speak of the "peak" of my particular timeline in my own anecdotal experience.

Don't get me wrong, I thought the 80s felt pretty cool and patriotic as a kid, but in the 90s, that's the last time I felt like there was hope. I was a kid in middle school and high school, in rural Oklahoma when Ruby Ridge, The Waco disaster and then the Murrah Building bombing happened. Those would have been the most prominent events that we felt that seemed to really chang things, and the OJ Verdict (which I remember well) which came out around the same time as the Malcolm X movie, seemed to escalate racial tensions a bit. But overall, especially in retrospect, it was just a far more stable world and society that we were shown. I see the veil for what it was now, but it felt very real back then.

95% of her voters won’t know, don’t care, or are trying to scheme the government, too.

This is a fair point. I didn't factor in the likely scenario where they're just morally bankrupt and really don't care if someone is committed fraud as long as that "someone" is on their team.

Don't get me wrong, I know there are some hyper-partisan voters on the Right that will ignore the transgressions of those in their own party, but i truly believe that this mindset disproportionately is carried by Leftists.

Vance or Rubio or DeSantis

In my worthless opinion, one of those is unlike the other two.

Love him or hate him or anywhere in between, Ron DeSantis doesn't have much of a personality and he's socially awkward, but the man has been nothing but an absolute well-oiled machine of competent governance.

I like Vance, and Rubio is growing on me even though I still consider him an Establishment NeoCon. But Desantis has been a political colossus and actually fought the fights he said he'd fight.

An inflated evaluation of assets from $95,000 to $30,000,000 is not a fricking "accounting error".

Democrat voters will believe that it was an honest mistake though. Guaranteed. Difference between us and the Dims is, if a Republican had pulled this crap then we would be calling it out just the same.

Wasn't there a move to deport this terrorist Somali hag already since she married her brother to fraudulently attain US citizenship? Can we fast track that or give it some real teeth please?
As a lifelong blue collar worker myself, I'm always thrilled to see jobs like this coming back.

...and it's another fun example of Trump's "magic wand" that Hussein said didn't exist.

Mid 90s after the fall of the Soviet Union was absolutely the peak of the United States. We had so much potential in front of us and we blew it.

This is the correct answer. The entirety of my teenager years occurred during the 90s and that's the age when we actually begin to notice the rest of the world. I even thought i was a Democrat back then.

Everything was different. EVERYTHING. It was also the last era of GREAT music across all genres.

If there was one stretch of my life that I could go back and do it all over again and not change one single thing, it would be 1990-1996. That was the pinnacle.

The GOPe routinely fails at everything they allegedly stand for, and very consistently.

All they do, in brief summation, is to ultimately carry out a progressive agenda just a little bit slower than the DNC does.

Celebrities don't make a difference in who people vote for.

A). Never end a sentence with a preposition.

B). I disagree with her on that statement.

Generally, if I see the Hollywood elites in almost perfect unanimity telling me who I need to vote for, I get a good baseline for what not to do.

I can make up my own mind, and don't need to take advice from people who lie and pretend to be someone else for a living, nor people who should shut up and dribble or shut up and sing.
LOL @ people in the crowd still wearing face diapers.

The Masked Covidian Cultists are braindead at this point.

I believe a deal could be signed.

I also 100% believe that Iran will break the deal within 36 hours. Isreal could also do some shenanigans of their own and cause it to fall apart.

Est quod est.

On the bright side, many of Iran's neighbors are feeling very opportunistic and could ensure that a deal stays in place.
Cawthorne gote hosed and has been vindicated.

“For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” Revelation 22:18-19 NKJV

This is where I sometimes struggle.

The DSS/Book of Enoch.... were they not written and intended to be included? It was the church (man) that gathered and arranged the myriad writings that would become the Bible. Which books, and the chronology, and what to omit.

I trust that GOD's will played out as intended, and that we (Christians) know enough to just get by, but I still feel like man stepped in and left out many of the details that connect the dots. These writings may have been "lost" or hidden away, but they're dated to have been written mostly in the 300BC era through the first century A.D., the same time frame in which much of the accepted modern versions of Biblical text were written. I become frustrated in not understanding why they left them out. It feels to me like when the modern US government declassifies and releases information with heavy redactions.

The old "US Politician" treatment. Do whatever you will and it's totally cool. Get caught doing it, and buh-bye.

Unless you're Eric Swallowswell boffing a CCP spy. Or Diane Feinstein being chauffeured by a Chinese spy. Or Mitch McTurtle having ties to Chinese spies through his wife.

Nothing like secret courts in a supposedly free country.

There's not much "free" about it.

The most vital Amendments are the First and Second, which are symbiotic to both themselves and every Amendment thereafter. The First is already limited, and the Second which "SHALL NOT be infringed" is already greatly infringed.

That's why society has fallen. Globally.

We have reached the point where, if you become outraged from seeing something morally and ethically bankrupt like someone cooking and eating a pet, it has become SOP to take out your phone and take pics and videos instead of justifiably beating someone senseless.

a return to normalcy

I'd love to see how anyone would plan to do this. According to outspoken Democrat Leaders and pundits through public comments and posts, they want to achieve this by literally banning Trump voters from social media for four years and even forcing them into re-education camps the next time a Democrat is in the White House.

That's a bizarre way to return to "normalcy" from an entire party that is no longer able to determine the distinction between male and female, or recognize the significance of the "Y" Chromosome.

When was the last time the US actually had any semblance of "normalcy" anyway? The 1950s or early 60s? Even that is debatable.
