My current odds (if Hillary runs) would be:
Harris: 35%
Hillary 30%
Biden 15%
Field: 20%
If Harris was more charismatic I'd actually increase her odds to as much as 50%. I think it's hers to lose and I think there's a strong chance she can't do it.
If Hillary doesn't run I think I'd move Biden up to co-favorite with Harris. A Hillary candidacy will really hurt Biden's chances. They're way too similar and they appeal to a lot of the same loyal white Dem voters.
