Have you ever stopped to think that those 13 bars represent the original 13 colonies that eventually formed the backbone of the Union that was the first of the never ending Federal tyrants that continue today?

It’s a flag used during the revolution on six original cruisers commissioned by George Washington.

It is one of the first naval ensigns flown by revolutionaries in the War. The pine tree symbol also is a prominent feature on many other New England militia unit flags of American patriots.

Less than 1/3 of Confederate families owned slaves. Therefore over 2/3 of Southern soldiers were trying to keep invading Yankees from commandeering their homes, root cellars, smoke houses, and using their fence posts for firewood. In the Revolution almost every colony allowed slavery, sooooo I guess we should pull the Minute Men statues down too.

Robert E Lee advised emancipation very early in the war to Jefferson Davis. Before the first shot he even wrote that if he owned every slave, he would free them if it would avoid succession.
And yet his statue came down just like Davis. Note, Washington, Jefferson, Jackson were slave owners. Let’s take ‘em down boys!

Not saying the American Flag is perfect, but the Confederate flag literally only flew during a war that was the south succeeding so they could keep slaves.
I am Not going to pretend like the North was altruistic boy scouts but the CSA were based on slavery.
The American Flag can stand for freedom and equality and constant improvement.
The Flag is the CSA is stuck in time. It never flew for anything else besides a country that was desperately holding onto slavery.
Pregnancy is a great metaphor.
A woman can be pregnant and the. Stop being pregnant.
You know what he never did? Willingly release his slaves.
Lots a grand talk but he still took up arms against the United State mostly for a cause he didn’t even believe in.
