I drink 0% for fewer calories. Whole milk tastes gross going back to it, 1% is probably the best taste for me.

I agree. It's especially important for young boys to get plenty of exercise. Like after homeroom, they should be out running and playing. Then, they'll be more receptive to learn.

I am so in favor of whole milk that I also started using whole cream in my coffee bc why mix skim milk with your cream. Half n Half is for suckers. Total game changer

I remember going out to my aunt and uncle's farm in th 1960's-70's when I was a kid and they had a milk cow they milked twice a day. I was used to the pasteurized milk mom bought at the store and I didn't like the whole raw milk but the fresh cream made some arse kicking ice cream through a hand cranked ice cream maker.
