What i don't get is...the reasoning behind equal pay. My sister in law used to say LPGA should get as much as the PGA. I asked her..Do you watch the LPGA? " no" In reality, from a competitive standpoint women are overpaid. In no event that isnt "judged" /" artistic" is the best women ever (wr holder )...better than the best HS boy in ...pick a yr. Pro women are the 3 maybe 4th most athletic group. Top 12 HS boys going Ryder Cup against top 12 LPGA is a blow out on a 7300 yd course. Closer on a 6500 yd course. Champions tour would take the LPGA as well. Were there is judging (ice skating for example) women are earning in the same if not more than men. I watch womens skating more than the mens at the olympics. women absolutely crush men in modeling income though. Giselle made 40mill+ at a time where the highest paid male wouldnt have made the first two pages of highest paid. (Apx 2mil)

As far as tennis is concerned, I might start taking that discussion a little more seriously when the women start playing five set matches.

...maybe

I heard on a sports radio station about the womens soccer situation. This came from a former director of the league. He said the women draw a tenth of the crowd as the men. But their jersey sales were much higher and they get paid much less than the men. He also mentioned for some reason the female players never want to speak out against Nike about their merchandise contracts. He said for some strange reason.

Title IX destroyed men’s golf at the NCAA level.

There is a reason the men’s pro tours make so much more than womens pro golf tours - but muh, feelings.

If you remember, prior to the Riggs match against Billie Jean King he completely dismantled Margaret Court, who was one of the best women players in the world.
Billie Jean King challenged him right after that

frick it, let the trannies take over women's sports.

Hell, merge men and women's sports. Let the best *PERSON* play, then there won't be a paygap at all.

Yeah, I hate when people bring up skill set in this argument. That has nothing to do with it. If women draw more revenue in a sport like beach volleyball than the men do (I have no idea if this is true or not), then the women should get paid more, even if the men would destroy them. However, in most sports, the men easily outdraw the women.

Why freaking wouldn't they? They basically are trying for equal outcomes regardless for all Americans (other than the elite ruling libs of course) so we all turn into a can of corn. And it's working on the young.

Let it be written, let it be done. If it's about equality, then there shouldn't be women's leagues. There should just be leagues.

Should be directly related to equal revenue
